stator fitting

 

Hey there,decided to fit the new stator to the trail beast ( ttr250) not a hard job, just take care and always remember keep it clean, always remove old gaskits and make sure mating surfaces are spot less and you should not have any leaks,that's oil, LOL

 

 

                                                      remove ring gear

                                                         remove side case

                                                                    new gaskit

      

new stator fitted

all back together                   

                                                new and old

 

                                                      

                                                               all the bits

Hey all,was up on the sunny coast the other week and stopped in at Motolife for a quick look at some of my favourite brands, one being bimota. Back in the good old 80s I had a Ducati pantar 500 which was a love hate relationship, at the same time bimota released the DB1 which I could never afford but loved and still do, it was not every body's cup of tea but it was mine.The bike below is the new Tesi 3D, i love the front end just  for the design of it. sorry about the photo quality I shot it though the shop widow as they were closed.
